How do wards (or stakes) see a report of how many names have been indexed in their unit during a per
When I was a YSA Ward Bishop, we used to do indexing events and as a ward we were able to get a report of how many names we indexed as a ward during each of these events. I am unable to see how we get these reports now - can anyone help?

Those who have admin rights for the stake or ward can create reports. For example, a ward or stake temple and family history consultant or the ward temple and family history leader. Click the group name in the lower left of your indexing home page and you'll see the admins there. Start here and scroll down:

Many of the reports that used to exist have been disabled/removed. The only reports available now for a group are:
Contributor Statistics
Group Statistics
Directory
It sounds like what you want is a Group Statistics report.
You must be an administrator for the group to generate reports.
Once you are on the group page, you can click the Generate Report button. On the Generate Report page this is selected using the Report drop down box at the top opf the Reports Column. Other drop downs in that column allow you to select the Sort Order, Range, Date, Format and Timezone for the report.

After logging in to Web Indexing, at the bottom right, you see your organizations where you are an Admin.
I see my Ward and my Stake.
Open one of the organizations, and you see an option to run Reports.
We no longer have access to Contributor Statistics.
But we do still have Organization Statistics. You can see:
- total number of records Indexed and Reviewed for the Organization
- a list of the people who contributed
You can no longer see:
- number of records Indexed or Reviewed by person.
Good luck!

We used to have a custom time frame for reports, but then it was removed as an option.
The good news is there's now a similar feature for doing a custom report in the last 30 days.

Sister Matthews,
How do we as ward and stake leaders access this tool to create a custom report? Please guide me as to help our leaders find and use this report.
Thank you.

Maybe the better questions to ask are:
Is our stake automagically a group?
Are our wards automagically a group?
If not, how do we form them into groups?

Stake and Ward groups are automatic, you do not need to create them. Membership in them follows where your membership records are located. When you move to a new ward, once the Ward Clerk has moved your records you will automatically be moved to the Ward/Stake where your records reside.

You ask your TFH consultants to run reports or your Ward Temple and Family History Leader. Or you can ask to be given admin rights to do it yourself. See private message.

I am a Stake Temple Family History Center-FHC. We now have to get our reports from the Elders Quorum or Relief Society councilor that is over our center. I hope this helps.
