Does anyone have suggestions for a way to customize a family tree to be printed and framed?
I'm just getting back into family history again after inheriting tons of old letters, photos, etc. While I'm going through everything and learning more about my ancestors, I feel compelled to print and frame my family tree so I can hang it in my home. But I'd like to customize it with pictures and interesting facts about each ancestor to make it more personal. Does anyone have any recommendations about the best way to do this?

There are chart printing companies that do this exact thing, but if you prefer to do it yourself try using a flow-chart program to build the tree and then add the other information as needed. Most of the programs can export the finished chart as a pdf which you can then take to any local print shop to have printed at whatever size you want. I don't know of any automatic chart system that combines all of those elements. Maybe someone in the @All Temple & Family History Consultants has some other ideas?
