Grandview Cemetery, Jackson Township, Pike, Ohio, United States is also known as Hay Hollow Cemeter
is also known as Hay Hollow Cemetery. But Hay Hollow Cemetery cannot be standardized using the Grandview Cemetery standard place
The standard place:
Grandview Cemetery, Jackson Township, Pike, Ohio, United States
is also known in obituaries as:
Hay Hollow Cemetery, Jackson Township, Pike, Ohio, United States
see:
https://www.findagrave.com/cemetery/2144193/grandview-cemetery
It is in the Hay Hollow area of Pike county, Ohio. It is on Hay Hollow Road directly across from Hay Hollow Church. But entering Hay Hollow Cemetery as shown above will not pull up the Grandview Cemetery standard place name so the actual Hay Hollow name produces a red "!" data error.
I think that Hay Hollow Cemetery needs to be an alternate name to Grandview or something.

We can change Grandview Cemetery so that changes can be made or new historic period can be added.

I'm not sure what the difference would be there. I don't know the history of the place other than some old Death Certificates referred to it as Hay Hollow. Don't know what time periods may apply.
Also note that from online pictures show that much older sections of the cemetery are across the road around the old Hay Hollow Church.

Looking at some of the websites they state that Hay Hollow Cemetery is located 5 miles east of Omega Hay Hollow Road and that Grandview Cemetery is located 4 miles east of Omega Hay Hollow Road. Pictures of the Hay Hollow Cemetery seem to show that it is not very well taken care of while the Grandview Cemetery is very well maintained. Hay Hollow could be the area right in front of Grandview or it could be across the street. Coordinates for Grandview Cemetery are 39.13694, -82.84667. There is a building across from the Grandview Cemetery so it may be possible that that is where Hay Hollow might be located. Hay Hollow is already listed as an alternate name for Grandview Cemetery, but it's hard to know who might be buried in Hay Hollow, except for a couple of headstones that are listed for veterans. Let me know what you want me to do. I can do a separate entry attached to Grandview Cemetery for Hay Hollow Cemetery or leave it as it is.

I would have to assume that the "original" Hay Hollow Cemetery was the much older one with the really old graves that immediately surrounds the Hay Hollow Church on Hay Hollow road, in the Hay hollow area around that creek. That cemetery likely spilled over to the other side of the road and then in more contemporary times got renamed and managed as Grandview. So does the administration of "Grandview" include the property with the graves around the Church? It may not, but for all intents and purposes at this point it is probably OK to just treat them as the same (i.e., alternate names or whatever). If a person entered Hay Hollow, it should minimally bring up the Grandview Cemetery.
In going through various records in google and pictures of the cemetery, they typically say things like "Grandview (Hay Hollow) Cemetery" or "Grandview (also known as Hay Hollow) Cemetery" so I really suspect that for years they have been referred to interchangeably.
