Why are two women listed in the mother field of Federigo Del Cima's death act in civil registry?
Hello and thank you in advance to anyone who may be able to help me understand the attached death act. What is the relationship between Federigo Del Cima, his father Mansueto, and the two women listed in the mother field of Federigo's death registration. I've seen Clorinda Fiorini's name listed as the wife of Mansueto and mother in records for one of Federigo's siblings, but I've not come across the name Rosa Mazzocci(?) before. I don't speak Italian and am fairly inexperienced in Italian civil registration records, so I'd really appreciate your insight. Thanks!

It appears to me the line drawn from "da" toward Fiorini is meant to show that Clorinda is the mother. The other female name is most likely Federigo's spouse whose name was recorded before the person realized it was written in the wrong place on the document. I am used to seeing words to indicate the spouse relationship rather than an occupation, but I would move ahead with my research hoping to find a marriage record to confirm this conclusion.

Thank you, Kevin. It does make sense that Rosa is the wife, mistakenly added where the mother is meant to go. I'll look for a marriage record to verify. Great tip...appreciate your help!
