Transferring information from FamilySearch to Ancestry
I just got a personal message from @NANCYCKLEIN after welcoming her to the How to Use FamilySearch Community group. She said that she received DNA testing and 6 mo subscription to Ancestry and wishes she could merge the information she has on Family Search with that program. Does anyone know of an easier way to do this than inputting everything one piece of information at a time?

Here are some a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
.
How do I transfer information between Family Tree and my tree on Ancestry?
.
How do I connect a name on my tree on Ancestry.com to a person in Family Tree?
.
And, on another note ...
.
How do I transfer sources between Ancestry and Family Tree?
.
I hope this helps.

The above articles are for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Because her Ancestry.com membership is through her DNA purchase, those articles do not apply in this situation unless she is a member.
One possibility is to use a desk top program such as Roots Magic, Family Tree Maker or Legacy to download a Tree from Ancestry.com and then Sync it with FamilySearch.com. The limitation of this is adding source links.
Good Luck,
