Is it appropriate to delete a married name in the Name: Field ??

So this relative L1WB-G1D someone has put their name as

Elizabeth Brophy Maher

Her maiden name is Elizabeth Brophy. Her husband is listed below in the marriage, Martin Maher. Does it make sense to remove the Maher from the Name: category at the top since this is her married name and after all it is listed below??? So there is no real mystery what her married name is or maiden name.

The accepted practice is to list women in their maiden name, so I would happily remove the "Maher" from her "Last Name" field in the Vitals section.
