Have you done a basic search on FamilySearch.org? You would need to sign up for a free account or log in. I would recommend that you start by creating your family tree starting with yourself and then add each of you parents, as much as you know about them, if you have not already done so. Keep in mind that no one will be able to see your information as a living person. Only deceased people can be viewed. By doing this, you will see Research Help on the right side panel where some hints might appear.
I did a basic search on both your grandparents and I found these possible search results for your grandmother. I did this by clicking on the Search tab at the top of the page, then from the dropdown I chose Records. Researching is a process of elimination to find your people. There are 21 pages of possible records. I entered all of the first names you provided in the First Name field and Ragusa as the Last Name. I don't know if you have already searched these records and it would be easier for us to help you going forward, knowing what you have already researched. I hope this will help get you started.

@Mair89 If they immigrated to the US around 1900, do you know where they settled? Have you found their immigration and naturalization records? These records can help to identify their city of birth and other identifying information.
If you have already created profiles for your grandparents, will you share their PIDs so we can help further?

Giovanna Guastella was born in Comiso, Ragusa, Sicily, Italy in 1886 - this can be found by carefully reading the Passenger Manifest you have attached to the Ancestry profile for Samuel Barone you linked in your last post. The problem is, there were several women named Giovanna Guastella born there in 1886. Guastella is a prominent surname in that town - which is not small.
So, one would need to find the marriage first.
But, based on what I see in your Ancestry profiles for Samuel and Giovanna (yes, Jennie is a very common nickname for Giovanna / Giovanina) there's a lot more work to be done "on this side of the pond" before venturing into Italian records. You'll want to exhaust U.S. records first - find and attach census records, births of all children, deaths of all children, marriage records of the children, etc… Definitely find their first born child to help narrow down when and where they married. If a male child, the first born would have Samuel's father's name.
All of this is critical in order to determine where to go next. How they named their children will be crucial to determining if you find the correct birth records for the parents due to Italian naming conventions/traditions.
You need to attach a great deal more info to Samuel's profile who easily could be Salvatore/Salvadore at birth.
As previously suggested, see if they naturalized - that will also help a great deal.
As you attach more and more records, search algorithms will become much more effective, and you may quickly find much more than you think is out there.
