Hi again Matt
Do you have a link to that document and or a page number that the marriage is on. I got a marriage document that shows jean-baptiese Godmer married to Emilie Proulx 1836. Is this the one you have?? I do see a marie Charron in many of the godmer documents and i never new who she is. If you look at the document above you will see marie charron prisentie. what is the translation of that word PRISENTIE?
Again i thank you so very much for your time and assistance.

He said : Josephte Godmer, born this day, from the legitimate mariage of Jean Baptiste Godmer, farmer, from this parish, and Marie Charron, presented by his father, held by Michel Maillé and marguerite Bellanger who said they didn't know how to sign, baptised by us, priest the 13th mai 1829.
(presented = child presented to the priest by his father)
Father and mother in this act are : Jean Baptiste Godmer and Marie Charron. Is it the couple you want to find ? If yes, you have an act of marriage of Jean Baptiste Godmer and Marie Rosalie Charron the 07 febuary 1820 à Saint-Benoit, Québec. I don't see the act but I have this information.
Jean-Baptiste Godmer, son of Guillaume Godmer and Marie Brunet dit Letang
Marie-Rosalie Charron, daughter of Joseph-Marie Charron and Marie-Rose Valiquette

Guillaume Godmer and Marie brunet dit Letang have had several children :

Guillaume Godmer 1731-1802 with Marie judith Homier. So homier is the same as Aumier. French language.
I see. In my searches for noah godmare i noticed there are different bithdates for him. 1854 1857 amd 1860.
the 57 and 60 for sure is noah. The 1854 name is Noe. French for noah. And Godmare is spelled Godmer.
