In order to dismiss any hints you deem incorrect, select the hint in question and a side column will appear. Then select Records to review and Attach. This will take you to the Record Screen where you have the option of Attach to Tree or "DISMISS MATCH". If you select "DISMISS MATCH" you will be asked to give your reason why you believe the hint does not match the person in you tree. The hint will be removed from your FamilySearch home page and the AI Research Assistant will again scan your tree for additional hints.

What you describe does not quite address the issue at hand. Dismissing a hint is quite different from ignoring one (which I believe is what the original poster intends). "DISMISS MATCH" removes the record hint for all users. What is needed is a way to "IGNORE" the hint, exactly as is possible under the "record hints" section of the home page.
For example, I have five AI Research Assistant hints on my home page which I cannot determine if the hint is correct, don't feel comfortable in my ability to correctly evaluate the hint, or I don't wish to expend the effort to evaluate a complex situation for a PID that is only distantly related to me. Since I'm at the limit of five AI hints, I can't get any more.
Let me add that this new feature is amazing, and I'm looking forward to its eventual rollout as a finalized feature of the FS website.

Yes to " I don't wish to expend the effort to evaluate a complex situation for a PID that is only distantly related to me." The hints I'm seeing from this project are for people I'm not following. Picking one at random from the list of 5, it's for the possible spouse of my 2C2R.
