Baptismal name of the child - Johann Gottfried
Name and status of the parents - Koch (Johann Gottfried), farmer [can't read], and his wife Louise nee Neitzel
Name and status of the baptismal witnesses - 1. Carl Gottlieb Wegner, farmer in Minten 2. the master blacksmith Grub in Swantishagen 3. Eva Sophia nee Neitzel, wife of the farmer Leisner in Trechel
