Translation Catharina Francisca Delle 1749, Kastel Mainz

I'm having difficulty understanding some of the Latin in this 1749 baptism in Kastel Mainz.

I see:

12 - 7bris Baptizata est Catharina Francisca Delle, Balthasaris Delle

civis et sutoris, et Cunigunde conjugum filia legitima

levabat ex S. fonte Catharina Francisca Hundeshagen Mater

Puerpera

Translation:

July 12th was baptised Catharina Francisca Delle, legitimate daughter of citizen and shoemaker Balthasar Delle and his wife Cunigunde. Lifted before the font? by Catharina Francisca Hundeshagen, mother giving birth????

I think I recall @Ulrich Neitzel previously explaining the Lifted before the font phrase as the sponsor holding the baby above the baptismal font but I could not find it with the search function. (but shouldn't font be fons in Latin? and of what would the S. be an abbreviation?)

But the most confusing part to me is "Mater Puerpera" after the sponsors name. It seems to be saying that Catharina Francisca Hundeshagen is the mother who has just given birth but that makes no sense. Maybe she is also a mother who has just given birth? Or is she the mother of Cunigunde (whose maiden name is Hundeshagen) who has just given birth?

Unfortunately, I haven't found Cunigunde's parent's names yet, nor have I been been able to connect Catharina Francisca Hundeshagen to Cunigunde but she seems likely to be a close relative.

"Mater Puerperae" means the mother of the woman who gave birth, i.e., the mother of the child's mother.

"levabat ex S. fonte" means "lifted from the holy [baptismal] font", which is an allegorical description of being a baptismal sponsor.

"fonte" is the case form (ablative) of fons, used with the preposition "ex".
