Same wife listed 3 times married to same person

I think I asked this before but it seems i have asked so many questions, I cant find the solution. I believe I resolved this before in another situation.

I have one husband but DB is showing him married in three occasions to the same woman if I understand it.

I'm not sure if I'm suppose to remove the relationship, delete (probably not) the lady Jane, or merge her together with the one I want to remain.
