Dec. 3 [1854]
Jakob Berli, Künis & Barbara Siedler, beÿde von hier
(married in) Ottenbach
Note: Künis (Kuonis) is a nickname (written differently in different records) - has nothing to do with "Civis (= citizen)" - you want to correct this in your blog.
This is a rather "spartanic" record - for more info on the family see Jacob Berli ooI 1845 Anna Barbara Hofstetter, ooII 1854 Barbara Sidler.

I had another, more thorough look at this nickname ("Beiname") - see Berli mit dem Beinamen "Cuoris / Curis / Kuris / Küris / Chueris". It looks like this nickname has survived (with spelling variation) until the 21st century.

In the meantime I have added info on several Berli ancestors:
Jacob Berli ooI 1845 Anna Barbara Hofstetter, ooII 1854 Barbara Sidler
Johannes Berli oo 1810 Elisabetha Wydler
Jakob Berli oo 1776 Barbara Schneebeli
Hans Jakob Berli ooI 1748 Elisabetha Blickenstorfer, ooII 1779 Elisabetha Aeberli
Rudolf Berli ooI 1724 Elisabetha Funk, ooII 1728 Barbara Frei
Hans Ulrich Berli oo 1680 Judith Bickel
Heinrich Berli ooI 1645 Veronica Gut, ooII 1676 Anna Bär: here still many questions are open. In the meantime I am convinced that he was not born 1619/1620 (my first assumption - also in the familysearch tree), but 1626/1627. I do not find a "well" fitting baptismal record, however. Therefore - whenever you find the time - could you, please, check the Hausen am Albis Bevölkerungsverzeichnis 1634 and possibly also 1637 for Berli families with a son Heinrich (or Hans Heinrich) born between 1618 and 1628?
