Transcription Request: 1782 Zempelburg Baptism records
In addition to the obvious baptism records in this baptism registry, there are the occasional lists of given name, family name, and village opposite the obvious baptism records, as in the attached example. I cannot transcribe the notation accompanying the list of names. Please help…

In my experience Abkündigungen were made during the normal Sunday service, usually after the sermon. They refer to ecclesiastical acts that did not take place during the Sunday service, e.g. burials. Also marriage banns are part of the announcements. It's the first time that I've seen an Abkündigungs-Buch mentioned. It seems that the references were added later.

I read: 1. alte Abkündigungs- li___? (a possible last word could be liste, but the written word looks not quite like that)
"Abkündung" are the announcements made during the service of baptisms, marriages and funerals . In this case it looks like a list of burials (that have taken place earlier).

Interesting that verbal announcements made during a baptism would later be recorded in the register. It's almost like the scribe while entering the information for today's baptism suddenly says "Oops, I remember two others that happened last week that I forgot to record."
Were some baptisms in that era conducted at the family's home instead of the church? If so, I could imagine that maybe the pastor would forget to enter the details in a timely manner.

Here is another example from the same register for the year 1783. I inferred the notes were referencing other baptisms in 1783 perhaps recorded elsewhere (Abk.-Buch) with the page numbers referenced at the end (92, 93, 97).
