Adding (inviting member)
I created family group last night. Invited my spouse . She received the invite and accepted. I approved the acceptance and made her an additional administrator. From my end all looks good, but on her end she does not show up as a member but there is an option to ask for help from the administrator (me). Not sure what to do next.

Additional information. On her phone, she sees the Family Group but when she clicks on it she receives an error message that she needs administrator to add her. That was the first thing that I did.

There needs to be a record for her in the family group tree and she needs to identify that record as her to allow her to fully access the tree.

I am pretty sure she has done that. I know that there is a record for her (as I mentioned before she shows up on my side as a additional administrator). As for how she identifies that record her as her, I haven't seen a place where she would do that.

@Elton Moody When your wife gets the notification that she cannot be found in the tree, close that box and go to the Starting Person link on the Group Details page:
That should give her a list of females in your tree and she will be able to select herself. The reason you get the error is because the system is trying to match your FamilySearch Account information with a profile in your family group tree. If something doesn't match (maiden name vs. surname, birthdate, whatever…) the system says it can't find you. You should be able to find yourself using the Starting Person process.
