Hi!
There will be a few problems with your search that you will need to try and overcome.
First, Catania is both a city and a Province. And, in that province there are many towns and hamlets. In Italian research, you need to know the town or hamlet. Think as if someone said they were from New York. Your first question would be "Where in NY? New York State or New York City?" Then, depending on the answer, you would ask, what county or town? The same applies here.
Once this is known, then you 'may' be able to find a birth record or a baptismal record.
I recommend you exhaust US records about her, especially passenger ship manifests, to try and discover this information. Answering questions such as where and when did she enter the US, did she marry, if so where and when? Was there a church marriage? Did she naturalize? When she died, was there an obituary?
The answers to all of these questions, and the documents related to them, may very well contain this critical information.
Failing that, you are looking for the proverbial needle.

She may have married in Maletto, but the civil marriage records for the town from 1911-1929 are blocked from access on FamilySearch due to privacy concerns with other records on the same film. When her husband Giuseppe naturalized in 1920, he wasn't married (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSMG-1SH6-3?cat=1048881&i=365&lang=en), and so when he married Virginia, she became a US citizen automatically and when he brought her to the US in 1921, she was listed with him on the US citizen manifest (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:J6JH-CPJ) so there's no data about her residence or birthplace.
Here is their church marriage record from Maletto in 1921: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:2:77T8-8NCM?cat=1919399&i=269&lang=en
It seems to say Grazia Virginia Amore was from the same town, but I'm not 100% certain due to the handwriting.

@Cousin Vinny @michael dgoersmeyer
Yeah, I totally agree. I saw the trees over on Ancestry and some of what others had on the family, including the 'story' on FindAGrave.
I found the birth for Giueseppe Londrigo https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua81564/wWG81NW
Great find for the marriage - I hadn't gotten to the church records.
I think the key word in that marriage is 'ignoto' - tells us Grazia Virginia Amore would probably have no parents listed on her birth record - which I do not see having occurred in Maletto in 1894 through 1896. I also checked Mascali (based on handwriting) and nothing there either.

So how do I find her Birth Record.

I think it does say "huius comm[unis] Malecti" - of this town of Maletto (Malectum in Latin).

Indeed. And, I was thinking that Ne Temere would sort of require that their church wedding take place in her parish. I looked. I do not believe there is a birth record for her.

This is what I put when I linked the record to the FS profile:
#483, 10 Nov 1896 - received report from the director of the foundling hospice dated 22 Oct 1896: On 22 Oct 1896 at 10am, Carmela Mignemi of Catania appeared and declared to present a female baby about 8 hours old, with (description of clothing articles). The baby was baptized in Catania 22 Oct 1896 with the name Virginia Amore, recorded as #2395 in the foundling register.

So how do I find who adopted Virginia Amore.

That information won't be online. It would be with the records of the foundling hospice in Catania. The state archives of Catania might have those records but I couldn't say.
And it's not adoption. There might have been a paid wet nurse (or series of wet nurses) who took care of her for a time, and she might have been affiliated with a foster family. But infant / child adoption in Italy really wasn't a thing until well into the 1940s or so.

So how can I find information of the wet nurses that took care of my grandmother as an infant. Also is there a person to translate if I knew who to write to. Are you able to get the information where I might be able to write to. To find who the foster family that took my grandmother into there home & raised her.

Could This Carmela Mignemi of Catania be the foster parent? Or is she only a by stander.
0 -
Impossible to say who she is.

So what do you think I should do about her parents? Since she was adopted as a child?

Sometimes there simply is no answer based on the available information. Her birth parents are legally unknown. If you discover through research some documentation showing she was fostered as a child, they could be added as foster parents in the FamilySearch tree. And you might be able to use DNA testing to possibly triangulate potential birth parents. Otherwise, you leave the biological parents blank on the tree because their identities are unknown.
