Computers running Chrome Flex will not shut down

We have updated our computers to run Chrome Flex but they will not always shut down. They turn on and run fine but when it it time to shut down they just restart. We have tried to use the shut down on the bottom left side of the screen and then the shut down on the bottom right side of the screen. When those don't work we have had to hold down the pause button and the turn-on button on the side of the computer until the screen goes blank.
Is anyone else having this issue? What is the correct way to solve this?

We were told to leave our computers on all the time, since the IT folks for FamilySearch remote in and do maintenance. Has that changed for Chrome OS Flex-based machines?

I had not heard that, but I have a small center that is only open four hours a week. The room is small and gets warm when all shut up and 8 computers on. I would like to know if that is still what I am to do.

We have been told to keep all Computers on while the Center is open, and then to always shut down computers when the Center is not open. This supposedly works best when computers are shut-down using the shut down from the pop-up on the lower right corner of the screen. That has worked well for our Center.

Thank you Chris. We have tried to shut-down using that right corner of screen pop-up but it still starts back up again. We will keep trying.
