I like the trouble shooting guide at:
The attached photo of Chrome Flex shortcuts is included in this guide.
A correction to the guide should state that the App Launcher is no longer "represented by a gray circle." It is now represented by the Letter G in the lower left hand corner. I think it's a good change. The gray circle was hard for people to even notice. It does make the above guide obsolete in that area.
