Departmental archives of Moselle

I am a researcher in the US. I am discouraged because I am not able to access the departmental archives website for Moselle (http://www.archives57.com). I have tried several browsers on several days but always experience the same thing: the website times out, and a message says, "This site can't be reached."

Any advice?
