Ignoring Hints
The hints that I get from the homepage (whether the new or old page) vary in numbers and quite often are way too numerous to be of much use to me.
The real problem is that if I try to tackle them, I quickly find that I have little knowledge of the folks represented; especially those born in the 15th, 16th or 17th centuries. The only thing I can see to do is "ignore" them. Well, that is fraught with many impossible activities. One can't just ignore the person. One has to ignore every event or record attached at that point, and the system can't keep up with any wholesale changes.
Perhaps the programmers should have to deal with these kind of real world problems / solutions before they submit them to the rest of us?
