Missing catalog locality content in new FamilySearch Catalog
I recently returned to FamilySearch.org to determine if new content has been filmed/digitized or placed in the Family History Library. I am shocked to find that there is no link to many Catholic parish records in Rhineland Prussia Germany that have have repeatedly consulted in the past. For example, Gerolstein, Rockeskyll, Dockweiler and Kirchweiler in Kreis Daun are listed as places in the search suggestion but the filmed parish records are not linked to any of the search results. I was only able to find them by searching the Film #'s: Gerolstein 587667, 544786; Rockeskyll 530315, 556215; Dockweiler 534724, 591027; Kirchweiler 464892, 1336835, 591029. Further, any hardcopy library book references to the places are lost. It appears to me that the catalog linkage to the Diocese of Trier church books/localities has been corrupted (Kreis Saarburg is another example). I find this hugely distressing regarding the difficulty in locating library resources. Am I missing something regarding the use of the new catalog? Please investigate and advise. Thanks, long time amateur genealogist Nick Bell.

A follow search for theses localities as a Key Word produced links to the church books. It is not clear to me that any other locality resources/books are linked using the parish church location as a key word. Nick Bell

@Nick Bell_1 thank you for reporting this issue. Some records have been reported having the same problems that you are having when you do a search. I have escalated the issue for review.
