Looks like Unterlibersbach to me.

I agree with @sylviaelchinger1 that the place as written in this record is Unterlibersbach.

Note the place names in the two records above this record: Obermumbach and Bürckenau.

I believe "Unterlibersbach" is today called: Nieder Liebersbach: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20319055

Nieder Liebersbach is slightly north of Birkenau and slightly west of Ober Mumbach:

And in German place names "Unter" and "Nieder" both translate as "lower" so Unterlibersbach is probably the older name for the place now called Nieder Liebersbach.
