Please translate this marriage record from the Duchroth church book. I think it is a marriage between Johann Adam Hofmann and Anna Catharina on 20 Aug 1765.

Michael Teschen zu Holtzbach Chur Pfältzisch [Kurpfälzisch] Ober Ambt Simmern … and then I run out of gas. I think that there is a mixture of German and Latin in the last sentence?
