Here's the translation -

14 February - On the fourteenth of February, the servant Johann Lehmann from Strzallkowo, surviving middle son of the deceased Christoph Lehman, former innkeeper [or farmer?] in [Studen?], bachelor as groom, 30 years old,

with the maiden Eva Rosina nee Stiller, surviving youngest daughter of the deceased Martin Stiller, former innkeeper [or farmer?] in Strzallkowo, as the bride, 21 years old,

With permission of the groom's and bride's mothers, were married in the church here.
