Translation: Land or Tax Record?
This is my first posting. I recently brought some records (land and tax records I believe) to the SLC Family History Center and they recommended I ask this group my questions here. I am researching my maternal great grandfather Friedrich Johann August Werth who was born 28 March 1850 in Regenthin, Brandenburg, Germany (now called Radecin, Poland). He may have also lived in Althütte, Brandenburg, Germany (now called Lasko, Poland) which is about 2 kilometers away from Regenthin. Due to destruction of records during and after WWII, there appear to be no church records. A contact in Germany visited the Polish Archives in Stettin for me and pulled some records records with the surname WERTH in them that appeared to be related to the Regenthin area. I am trying to use them to find more family of Friedrich Werth and go back another generation because I do not know his parents names. QUESTION 1: What kind of record is this? QUESTION 2: Is there a date on this? QUESTION 3: What does the document say? And is the whole page related my this Werth individual or just the middle part after the Roman numeral II? According to the confirmation of the village court, the local community consists only of the aforementioned farmers and the purpose of today's hearing was expressly made known to them when they were summoned.

both from here, known in person and to be legally competent. The parties were once again reminded of the subject matter of today's hearing.
The owner Karl Ludwig Günther has sold a Morgen (0.6 acre) of sandy land from his property located here and recorded in the mortgage book Vol VII fol. 73 to 75 to the wheelwright Johann Friedrich Werth for a building site, and since Werth does not yet own an inhabited property in this town, the taxes and other conditions must be regulated in accordance with the law of 3 January 1845.
After discussing the matter in more detail, the following agreements were reached by all interested parties.
