I am looking for help with this translation, but I am not sure if I have the right record. I am looking for number 12. I see the 12s on top but then I also see a 66. Is this the right record?

I am looking fo 1871 #12 for Anna Luisa Pinno. It looks like she might be related to the marriage above I hope. As I see the names Griese (Gris) and Pinno. Perhaps a sister?
