How do I report ordinances already done in the temple but not reported on Family Search

Questions:
(1) How long ago was the Work done (ie. When)?
(2) Do you have the "Cards" with the "Temple" 'Stamp'?
.
If the Work was recently; and, the "Cards" were NOT "Returned" (as is some "Temples" in the United States of America), did you (or, another Member), receive a 'Message' through "User Messaging" in "FamilySearch" that the Work was "Completed"; if you (or, another Member) do; then, you can use that as PROOF that the Work was actually "Completed". If the "Cards" were NOT "Returned"; and, NO such 'Message' was received; then, that would make things difficult to prove; and, the Work would most likely need to be done again.
.
Whereas, if the Work was done a little while back; and, you (or, another Member) DOES have the "Cards" with the "Temple" 'Stamp', you have the proof you need; then, that is easy, just "Scan" the "Cards" with the "Temple" 'Stamp'; and, submit a 'Support' Case that includes the "Scanned" Image(s); and, that will get addressed/fixed. It works, I have helped other do so.
.
Let us know.
.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for your answer but it's a bit more complicated than that. I guess I should have explained it a bit better.
I have just merged a gedcom file of my mums (she's just turned 95 and can no longer see)
There are hundreds of ordinances recorded on her files from the 1970's that are not on family search. I have no doubts at all that this work was done and needed to get the information out onto the family search tree to stop all this work being done again.
There are no cards
II have contacted family search and am just waiting for a reply.
Thanks again

Keep that Gedcom! FamilySearch recognizes that sometimes ordinances that were done years ago, have been obscured in individuals that through merges, don't look anything like the original person. FamilySearch has been working on a way for patrons/submitters to hunt through completed ordinances and move them from incorrect people to the correct people. It isn't available yet, but in the future...

Oh no ...
The 1970s (and, before then) ...
.
If I recall there is or can be problems/issues with, retrieving and/or, restoring, such "Temple" Work.
.
Too much time and effort is required to look through OLD records; and, in many instances would not be undertaken.
.
If my memory serves me correctly, the advice from a while ago was ".. to just do the Work again".
.
Obviously, not what you wanted you hear.
.
Not the article I was looking for; but, here is a "Knowledge Article" in "FamilySearch", were there is some reference:
.
Can I find out who completed the temple ordinance for my
.
Lets hope that things have changed; and, as, 'Anne' has proffered, "...FamilySearch has been working on a way for patrons/submitters to hunt through completed ordinances and move them from incorrect people to the correct people. It isn't available yet, but in the future...".
.
Best of Luck.
