Inform here Errors that were discovered
Create a link to be displayed in a page to be easily seen where those who wish to appoint mistakes done during digitalization from a handwriting registration can find and insert texts with explanation of what was found.
I say this because recently I found information about one of my great great grandfathers full of mistakes, such as wrong names, wrong dates, wrong places and ignoring 8 (eight) persons who are mentioned in the digitalized document. And to send this alert to FamilySearch is something not straightforward: I supposed that going to the WhatsApp (+55 19 4042-2435) it would be easy and simple. But it was not: someone said he would send to the technical area but insisted that I should insert my text to the link: https://community.familysearch.org/pt/categories/Pesquisar
Nevertheless, I was not able to find a correct place where to insert the text. I contacted again the WhatsApp and I was told to go to the link "Questões Gerais de Pesquisas", where I could insert my text. So, I did, but then I received the message:
Web server is returning an unknown error.
There is an unknown connection issue between Cloudflare and the origin web server. As a result, the web page can not be displayed. Ray ID: 8c20237aaf7729ab
As you can notice, it is not simple to appoint errors to FamilySearch. And corrections are important to show that the system is reliable and can be trusted. And for those who appoint errors should receive follow up information of what were the consequences of the communication that was passed on.
