Tagging problem: pop-up options don't appear when clicking the "gear"

I'm wondering if anyone else had noticed this problem:

1. I click on the gear next to one of my tagged persons on the Information side panel.
2. If their tagged frame is covering most of the memory image, that frame immediately shrinks to the center. AND the pop-up options box does not show.
3. After I adjust the frame a bit, then the pop-up option box does show. And every other time after.

This looks like a problem only for those tags which have frames covering most of the memory image. But I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this.

This is a known issue. It usually happens when there is a duplicate tag.

To correct, simply click on the "gear" icon of the duplicate tag. A reduced-sized frame will appear in the middle of the memory. Click the green check-mark. You will then see the gear options. You can move or resize the frame or delete this duplicate tag.
