1. It looks like Fladder_? to me; see also the record below for 3 February. There is a location called Fladder in Oldenburg https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10489044 , but I am not sure if this is the correct interpretation.
2. The word seems to be Lutherana which would mean "of lutheran faith" (in this mostly catholic area).
