Cannot display siblings.
I'm displaying a person, select tree view, then click on the Arrow to the left of the person to see siblings. The screen position of the person drops down to where you can't see it, or any of the siblings. I can't scroll down. I can use cntl - to lower the magnification to 30% and see it, but can't increase the magnification without the scrolling being disabled. I tested and recreated the issue on Firefox, MS Edge and Google Chrome viewers.

For clarity - it sounds as if you are using the Beta Portrait View. There are no arrows for siblings in the Production version of Portrait View.
I just tested and do not have that issue. The siblings display without issue for me. I used Edge to check in Beta since I don't have the Beta Portrait option in the Production platform.
There should be a Feedback button, probably on the left side of the screen, for reporting any issues.

I used the Beta Portrait View in Chrome. I clicked on the left arrow to view siblings. The screen position of the person did not move for me. I was able to hold down my left mouse button and move the screen position up & down, right & left. Since you have tested in other browsers including Chrome, can you try again and see if you still have the same issue?
