Witnesses: Wawrzyniec Triepi(?), 40 years old, and Andrzej Rokicki, 70 years old, both butlers (or possibly court servants) residing in Kiernozia manor.

Godparents: Władysław Primas and Marianna Galasiak, both from Kiernozia.
