Please help with translation of godparents on birth record in Luszyca, Polaniec Parish
It's the last record on the first page - Feb 12, 1818 Birth of Jacob to Valentin Pelcer and Margaretha Seib. These are Germans in Russian Poland in 1818 in a catholic parish. I believe there's Latin in the record.
I see names Jacob… Catharina Seyfrid… Ludwig Pelcer… Valentin Pelcer… Margaretha Müller colonists. I don't have complete names and need context if it indicates any connection between them! Your help making sense of this is truly appreciated.

Translated from Latin:
Luszyca or Sannelon (German name?)
Birth Record, Polaniec Parish, of Jacobus (Jacob in German) Pelcer, born in Luszyca or Sannelon, House No. 9, on the 12th February 1818, son of Valentinus (Valentin in German) Pelcer, and of Margaretha (Margaretha in German) Seipin. Godparents: Jacobus (Jacob in German) Ciapski, from Tursko, Catharina (Catharina in German) Seyfridowa, uxor (?) of Ludovicus (Ludwig in German) Pelcer, with a long-term tenant Valentinus (Valentin in German) Pelcer and Margaretha (Margaretha in German) Müllerowna (daughter of Müller), settlers.
Susanne, I also found what I think could be a duplicate of this birth record in metryki.genbaza.pl Please note that Roman Catholic Parish Priests would write one record copy for their Parish and another often abbreviated for their Diocese. This one in metryki.genbaza.pl appears to be more detailed and for Polaniec Parish. Please enter metryki.genbaza.pl then Polaniec after you click on WEJSCIE (entrance), then select the year 1818, and No. 12 scan. This Birth Record No. 53, is on two pages, scan 12 and 13. Please note that without written or printed IDs at that time, and dependence on what the recorder heard there are variations in spelling. It is a Civil Records Office Record while the one you had was recorded as Roman-Catholic Parish entry, also as here there are witnesses and in your record there were godparents.
Translated from Polish:
Birth Record No. 53, Polaniec Roman-Catholic Parish, Priest acting as an officer of Civil Records Office, of Jakob Joan Walenty Pelcer, born in Luszyca, on the 10th February 1818, birth reported on the 12th February 1818, son of Walenty Pelcer, 34 years old, resident of Luszyca, Gmina (District) Tursko, House No. 9, he is a German, and of his wife, Malgorzata (Margaretha) Sujpinowna (daughter of Süpin/Sejpin), 33 years old. Witnesses: Ludwik (Ludwig) Miller, 46 years old, and Jakob Szmid (Schmid), 32 years old, both farmers from the above-mentioned village.

This is wonderful, Maria. Thank you very much! I love that the civil record indicates ages of the individuals too! Thank you for looking and for finding this. So very helpful!!
I am wondering your thoughts on a couple items:
Jacob Ciapski - There wouldn't be a chance that would be Jacob Saip. Just because the mother's name is Margaretha Saip (in german). I'm not aware of a Jacob Saip, but i can't help but notice the name similarity. Also, with Margaretha Müllerowna - would that mean her father's name was Müller or is it possible she was the daughter of a miller? Does it seem that she is the wife of Valentin Pelcer the way it is listed?
Thank you again! Susanne
