1. the laborer Richard Emil Wittkowski, known by personality, of Protestant religion, born on June 28, 1856 at Czaycz Keis Wirsitz, residing at Rownopole, Komar district in Posen, son of the journeyman carpenter Christoph Wittkowski and his wife Carolina née Fenske, residing in Rownopole.
2. the unmarried Emilie Rosine Christoph, known by personality, of the Protestant religion, born on September 9, 1856 in Friedheim, resident in Friedheim, daughter of the deceased resident of Friedheim Karl Christoph and his living wife Wilhelmine Marks, resident in Friedheim.

The following were called and appeared as witnesses:
