Feedback not working for some users
I see a family group trees feedback link at the top of the Family Tree screen. When my cousin clicked that, she was confused about how to give feedback. But with some guidance, she clicked the blue "Sign in" button. (Why do we have to click that if we're already signed in? When I clicked it, it didn't asked for credentials but seemed to recognize I was signed in).
At that point, she still couldn't do "Add Discussion" until she clicked "Join". For some reason, she had to do that twice before it worked. Then she posted feedback, and had to click submit twice, too, before it worked.
It finally worked, but only because I was on the phone coaching her. User feedback is valuable and it would be nice if there were less barriers to gathering it. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, but unfortunately the tool we use does not allow for any modifications. This is a separate group from the general Community and all of our public groups must be joined before you are able to comment. Why she had to click twice to open a discussion or post, I have no idea. We have not had any reports of this. What browser and operating system was she using? and is that still occurring?
