Translation Request - Familiant Record
Hi there,
I would greatly appreciate help with the translation of a Jewish Familiant record for my ancestor Joseph Ditz. The record is from the city of Lundenburg (Breclav) in Moravia. I'm pretty sure it indicates that Joseph is the son of Jakob Ditz, that this is Familiant "No. 21" and that he lives in "House No. 11." I'd like to know if I'm correct about this info, and would be very grateful if someone could translate the rest of the document. Thanks very much!

Joseph Ditz, firstborn son of Jakob Ditz No 21 receives – Familienstelle (the competent authority for family matters, I assume) according to [the] County Office's Decree (Kreisamtsdekret) of April 16th [No] 1815z3932/112
permission to be wed, according to County Office's Decree from January 31st, 1816, No 1010, with Eva (no idea what her surname is right now. I'll have a look at other entries, maybe I'll come up with something.)Imho, 21 is the house number, 11 refers to the application/applicant's number.

Thanks so much! I could never figure out what the 1815 date represented. I have from another record that the surname of Joseph's wife's was "Stiasny."
If the line dated April 16, 1815 grants "permission to wed," are the two lines above it also permission for certain activity, but they were left blank because the permission hadn't been requested/granted?
Regarding the house number vs. applicant number question, I'll gladly defer to you.
