I think I have correctly transcribed and translated this 1628 marriage record for Paulus Fuchs and Engel Ermholdt from Langenselbold. However, I do not understand whether Ermholdt is Engel's married name from Nickel Ermholdt or if it is her maiden name. Can anyone clarify the meaning of the abbreviations and whether they specify the origin of her surname? I think this is a mix of German and Latin?

You're right, the record is in Latin with several abbreviations. "relict: fil:" means surviving daughter, not widow.
