Can't invite people to my family group
The "invite" button is disabled and the "Invite Family Members" part of the "Getting Started" section is disabled (see screenshot). I think I invited my whole family when I first created this family group but only one of my siblings joined. How do I invite them again? Why are all the invite options disabled?

This group seems like it doesn't have a tree created for it yet. For groups with the Family Group Tree option, a living tree needs to be created to invite other members to link into the tree.
Do you possibly have multiple groups?
Was this a family group for sharing ordinances and now you've added the group tree option?

@lyleblunttoronto1 ,
Thanks for your response.
Correct, at the time I made this post I had not yet created a shared tree, I had only hit the toggle that enables the group to use a shared tree. Yes this was a group I had created a while ago to share posts and ordinances.
I thought it was strange that once you toggle on the shared tree feature you can no longer invite people to the group, only to the shared tree (once you make it).
I went ahead and made the shared tree today.
I also thought it was confusing that I could only invite family members (that have already joined the group) to the shared tree if they were created as people in my shared tree.
If they are already members of the group why can't I just invite all of them to the shared tree and they can add themselves and their private people the same way I did when I created the tree?
I'm doing this and trying to get my 6 siblings to to add their kids. If I (as the most experienced FamilySearch user in my family) can't even figure it out, how are my parents and 6 siblings who are less tech-savvy going to be able to figure it out?

Actually, if there are already members of a group when you turn on the Tree ability, they should get a message through the FamilySearch Chat explaining about the Family Group Tree, how to turn on the tree ability for their own FamilySearch account and how to link themselves to a person in the tree. There is also a new function available that if you don't find yourself listed in the Select Me process, you can type your name in the box and it will pull up your own record of yourself to copy into the Family Group Tree. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us make the tool better!
