Latin Translation Help

Hello! Would someone be willing to attempt to translate a few records. The first image is the first record for Lucia Franco? I would appreciate a full translation if possible, so that I can use it as a template for similar records. I have found plenty of templates for civil registrations, but few for Italian Latin Church Records. I apologize for the poor quality, it was from a scan taken in the 1970s.

My next record is a baptismal record for Stephen Franco at the bottom of left page. Again, I would appreciate a full translation so I can use it as a template.

Templates aren't really useful for church records because there is no standard formula from church to church, and even at the same church it depends on the priest preparing the entry. Sometimes you get a lot of information, sometimes just the bare minimum (marriages are only required to give the names of the spouses, the name of the celebrant, and the names of the witnesses; deaths only require the name of the deceased; births require the names of the parents, the name of the baptized, the name of the celebrant, and the names of the godparents). The scans are very hard to read.

The marriage is from 1775

One bann proclaimed 5th sunday after Easter; dispensation received 18 May; Giovanni Battista Re son of deceased Michele, widow of deceased Maria Parola from first marriage, and from Caterina Borsotto in second marriage; and Lucia Franco daughter of Sebastiano, widow of deceased Bernardo Luciano; married 22 May; Witnesses Filippo ..., Marco Antonio Truna(?), and ... Campana

The bottom record is not a baptism, it is a death. Stefano Francus son of deceased Giuseppe and widow of deceased Maddalena, age about 80, received the sacraments, died 7(?) Dec, buried in the parish cemetery the next day.

No year referenced; it may be at the top of the page but is cut off.
