Servitudes
According to this table, each of the estates listed in part one has the right
1) To receive annually from the landowner’s forests at the disposal of the village gathering for the repair of buildings, two pieces of wood 28 tzal [very close to inches] in circumference at a three-cubit distance from the ground
2) In the same forests, with the exception of Zagainiki [загайники might be an actual word but I have no idea what it could mean if not a location name], collect dry wood for fuel (without an ax) weekly, two cartloads each
3) In the same forests, collect five cartloads of litter per year
4) all estates listed in the first and second parts have the right to allow the working and non-working livestock to graze along with courtyard livestock

Igor, Thank you again for the translation! Before 1861 the lord of Chorzenice owned a large manor house. It is still there today surrounded by the farms that my family worked on as peasants. After 1861 the lord was forced to divide up his land and deed it to people. My direct ancestor left there about 1902, moved to the Galicia region of Poland , and came to the U.S. in 1913. That is a brief history.
Concerning the word Zagainiki in #2 could it mean the backyard of the manor? Meaning the peasants can collect dry wood in the forest but not in the lords backyard??
Thank you again, Steve
