This entry is a bit more interesting than your recent requests. As @Ulrich Neitzel noted, the entry continues on the following page. Instead, I used the entry from the duplicate church book found on the Karlsruhe site of Landesarchiv Baden-Württemberg. The wording appears to be slightly different. It is also unclear whether he died in 1848 (the initial wording) or 1849 (the date noted at the end).

Im Jahre ein Tausend acht hundert acht [und] vierzig, den zehn fünften Juni ist zu Polebella bei Terli in Italien als Soldat in fürstlichen diensten gestorben Johann Blatz von Oberneudorf, ein ehelicher Sohn des Bürgers u[nd] Bauere u[nd] der verstorbenen Ehefrau, erstere, Valtin Blatz, u[nd] der zweitere, Barbara Schwab. Es geschehen zu Polebella 15ten Juni 1849.
