Translation of name on Latin record

Hi,

I am trying to determine the name of the child in the first record. Parents are Domenico Di Luca and Santa Cassoni. Also, if you can give me the date, it would be appreciated. I think it is November 1734?

I think it's September, but can't make out the date.

Can't tell if the leading letters of the name are H or Ft or St. I could go with any of them.

Thank you. Do you think the name could be Hieromynus, which I think translates to Girolamo?
