Help with a birth record from Mittelkalbach, 1837

I would greatly appreciate a translation of the first record at the top of the page for Francisca Maria Voelker. I can pick out the parents' names only because I know what I was looking for, but the rest of this writing has thrown me for a loop! The only thing I can tell about the date is that it is March 1837. I really need help with this one!

Place of birth, street, house number - Mittelkalbach in the School house #82

Day and hour of the birth - Thursday 9 March at 8 in the morning

Date and place of baptism - Mittelkalbach on the same day at 3:30 in the afternoon

First and last name of the child - Francisca Maria Voelker

Name and status of the parents - legitimate daughter of the teacher Heinrich Joseph Völker from Hünfeld and Eva Elizabeth Leipold from Lütter on the Haard, [can't read abbreviation] Weihers

Name and status of the godparents - M. Eva Hoffmann, married in Eichenried

Comments - Comp[are] [Seelenstand? - don't know what this is] A on page 127

Was baptized in M. Kalbach as a favor by holy Chaplain Dörr
