Birth records for British nationals born in Brazil

Hello

I hope I am in the correct group. I am looking for birth records for my great grandfather Charles Thomson Hunter, born in Bahia in 1876. His parents were James Hunter and Maria Alexandrina Walsh-Leahy (I believe she was also born in Brazil.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
