*translate help* POW identity card
Hello everybody, this is my grandfathers pow identity card. He was born 1927 in Lwow. I am having trouble finding anything thing online about the labour camp he was listed as being in. Maybe I am reading it wrong, maybe it needs translating? I am not sure but if someone could help me It would be very much appreciated! The camp name is highlighted.

thanks for the reply, I am struggling to locate the camp because there is Lipsk(leipzig) in Germany as well as a Lipsk in Poland. I do not know which one they would be referring to. As well as the word before Lipsk in the identity card, “lropoil, lropoli? I would think right away maybe Ternopol but according to the Polish cursive chart I have it begins with an L. It also says place and number and leipzig appears to have lots of camps, nothing online seems to match what is written their other then the Leipzig part.
