Como ter acesso ao centro FamilySearch de Setùbal-Portugal ?

Ja estive no centro FamilySearch de Setùbal-Portugal e não consigo ter acesso aos registros que necessito. Já pedi autorização para alguém me receber e me ajudar, mas não tenho resposta. Como conseguir o qe necessito?
