Could one of you kind folks please translate the following 1732 birth record for Catherine Nienaber in Damme, Oldenburg? I'm having trouble with her mother's maiden name. Maybe Seeger?

I read the mother's name more as Seepers, compare to the letter "p" in the name Möllenkamp in the record above.

Do you definitely read it with an "rs" at the end? I've been using the Oldenburg Auswanderer website as a source for last names in the Damme area, and Seepe is on the list.

You are right, there is no "r". But there seems to be an "s" at the end, more clearly for the name of the sponsor "Cath. Seepes".
