Help in research my ancestors
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'd like to fullfill my familytree. Unfortunately I don't go far. I have the Dates from my Grandpartens. How can I find more about their weeding time, and their parents and so on? I heard there should be some church books. But when I enter my family name there will come hundres of it but I don't know if I am somehow related to them. So let's start with the simple things. How can I find out the name of my grand grandparents and where can ich find out if there is any data at church books. What i know is that the family name from my dads site is Karczewski. His parents lived in Stargard Szczecinski.

They lived in Stardgard but my parents don't know where they got married. they probably met in Miezonka in Belarus. But I cant read cyrillic scriptures when there are belarus pages. How can I basically find out the names out of my grand parents?
