Help others
Hello in the section "Help others" "Whom do you want to help" since we can no longer enter with the date of birth we can no longer help those who no longer remember their username and password.
If the patron don't remember their pass word they don't remember the user name as well.
Is it possible to make easier for consultant to help member to connect to their account ?

@Marcel Blais This is not a group that can make the change you are requesting. Many people have made the same request--for various reasons, but most often because some folks have no account and no computer--hence the need for extra help from consultants.
As I understand it, the change away from adding by birth date is a security change to make sure that a consultant has permission from the person being helped. Fortunately, you can help someone who has forgotten both the username and password:
On the Sign in page, below the Password field, you'll see "Forgot username or password?". If the person has forgotten both, they click "username" first to recover the username. Then they return to the sign in page and click "password" to reset the password.

@Marcel Blais, I just noticed today that the ability to Help Others by using their Name (rather than username), dob & helper number has been restored (for now anyway) to the Life-preserver Help Others Icon. Great super thank you for that. (I'm hoping this is not an error)
I would like to see the order of the Birthdate fields changed back to the previous order of Day Month Year rather than the current Month Day Year format.
