English census

My 3rd great grandmother indicates in marriage bans that she is from the Grantham parish. In the 1841 the box is checked from the same county (Lincolnshire). The 1851 and 1861 census has a different birthplace. Can someone tell me what you see in the entry for her birth in both entries? Thanks.

@DRPGrigg I think it's supposed to be Middlesex, London on the first one and just London on the second.
